Gregory M. Lim, M.D.

Dr. Lim, a San Mateo native, has enjoyed a distinguished career in radiology. He was selected nationally to receive the coveted Radiologic Society of North America Fellowship award and was named the "Cesare Gianturco Fellow" for 1996.

He has done extensive research on thrombolysis and interventional radiology and has been published in several peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Interventional Radiology. Most recently, he as published a chapter on gastrointestinal interventions in a well recognized interventional radiology text.

After completing his residency in radiology, Dr. Lim sub specialized in interventional radiology and subsequently served on the University of California, San Diego faculty. He is currently on the clinical faculty at UCSF as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology.

He brings to California Advanced Imaging Medical Associates (CAIMA) clinical experience as well as leadership experience, including chief of interventional radiology and quality assurance coordinator at Mills-Peninsula Medical Center. He also serves as a board member of CAIMA and IMMIX.
